Orders are shipped within the United States. Delivery times and any applicable customs or duties for other destinations are handled by the fulfillment provider at checkout.
Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within one to two business days. Orders placed over a weekend or public holiday are processed on the next business day.
Standard domestic delivery usually takes between five and seven business days after dispatch. Estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by carrier delays, weather or holiday volume.
A tracking number is sent by email once the order is dispatched. If the tracking has not updated after a few business days, contact support with your order number.
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact support with your order number and, where relevant, a photo. We will replace it or refund it.
